Parking in Provincetown, MA

Parking in Provincetown can be a challenge, especially in the summer months when there are hundreds of visitors to Cape Cod. Our bed and breakfast is located right on the street and has just one space for guests to unload luggage. After unloading you can then park in a secured lot approx. 2 blocks behind the inn that has easy walking access.

All parking is not on-site but located in a secured lot approx. 2 blocks away and must be prepaid with the hotel at the time of booking. Parking fees apply from May 1st thru October 31st.

As of October 2020, the town of Provincetown banned parking on Commercial Street.  For other areas, outside of the Commercial Street parking ban, there are restrictions from May 1st through October 31st including holidays and weekends.

Parking is one of the biggest challenges in our small town and during the summer months, we offer a parking pass to guests for purchase with their reservation. Once you arrive we will give you a car tag to put in your car for our designated paid parking. We just pass the cost of the parking we pay onto our guests at $12.00 per day.

For more information on parking in town please visit the Chamber website. We are not able to advise on parking for people that are not guests of our property.
