Policies and Amenities
- All rooms are equipped with snack refrigerators, microwaves, fireplaces (exception: Christopher & Grace), and cable television

Reservations and Payment

- Rates do not include 11.7% Room Tax (6% Provincetown + 5.7% State)
- Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. Rooms with one-bed sleep only two. There is a charge of $80.00 per additional person per night ages 2 and up.
- Companion animals in selected rooms are $45.00 per night per pet. Please read our pet policy carefully so we are in agreement before your arrival.
- Charge card reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit due at the time your reservation is made. Reservations made within two weeks of arrival will be charged in full. Balance is charged two weeks before arrival, so your balance will be zero when you arrive.
- Reservation deposits and payments are non-refundable.
- As a small hotel, we require your commitment to your reservation. Reservations are accepted with the understanding that you will be financially responsible for the entire period reserved.
- We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, flight or ferry delays, work conflicts, or inclement weather. Canceled bookings will be charged the standard cancellation rate. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency and at the time of booking. If you prefer to use a third-party insurance option, then we suggest visiting the SquareMouth website. This company is independent and not affiliated with our hotel.
- All cancellation fees are subject to tax in the state of Massachusetts.
- We welcome cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express
- Guests are liable for any damage to or loss of hotel property or for any extra cleaning needed.
- Rooms without a kitchen are not permitted to bring outside cooktops to use inside their unit. Cooking is only to be done in rooms with a full kitchen.
- No outside BBQs are allowed.

Accommodation Information
- Bringing a pet? Our pet rooms are Christopher, Laurel, Susan, Michael Patrick, Colette Montgomery, and Julia. Please read our pet policy.

- Check-in time is from 3 pm. Reservations will be honored starting at this time. We can not accommodate early check-ins.
- Check-out time is 11 am. You may always leave your bags in the office and spend the day in Provincetown, come back to freshen up and load your car on your departure day.
- Smoking: The property is 100% none smoking. The park next to the property allows for smoking.
- There is a two-night minimum stay if your reservation overlaps a Saturday.
- In July and August, we might have a minimum stay required.
- Other times require minimum stays, such as some holidays and high season periods. Please call us for details.
Breakfast
- Our breakfast options varied during the year, with no breakfast option during the winter months.
Smoking
- The whole property is non-smoking, including the garden areas. The Pilgrims Park next to the property allows for public smoking.
Parking
Parking in Provincetown is as challenging as parking in a big city! The good news is that Provincetown is a great walking town, and the best strategy if you are driving here is to tuck your auto in our conveniently located off-site parking lot while you can get to where you need to by foot, PediCab, bicycle, flex bus (in-season).
There is a fee of $30 for parking from May 1st through October 31st. Parking during the winter months is free. If you paid for parking at the time of booking, you will be issued a parking pass upon check-in. If you did not pay for parking, we can add it by calling the office. Please be aware that our parking lot can only accommodate cars and small trucks. We cannot offer parking for campers, camper vans, RV’s, or other large vehicles.
- Parking passes are issued at check-in time and are not available before that time.
- Parking in our lot is $30.00 per day. Alternatively, paid public parking is in effect from May through November. Parking is free in town from November 1st through May 1st.
- There is a “loading and unloading” space directly in front of the stairs at the entrance of the grounds and in front of the office. You can park there 15 minutes upon your arrival and departure to load or unload your belongings. Please be respectful of this time limit, as many guests often arrive and depart on the same day.
- We are not responsible for items lost or stolen from your vehicle while parked in the parking lot or for any damage to your vehicle while in the lot.
